Good and fast work
As we were driving through the scales coming from New Mexico, the inspector noticed one of the tires had just gone low and suggested we come here and Steve and everyone here was so helpful as a Swift Transportation on our operator they were able to get the repairs done and under an hour and it ended up being a cracked valve stand that happened when hitting a pothole definitely recommend truck drivers come here they can come and do repairs for you and if you need tires, they can help you with that too
Customer service is horrible! The woman who works in the office is rude and literally made us move our car from a parking spot which had no sign because it’s where she parks! All staff members but one were rude and dismissive! Avoid if you can!!!!
I called to ask if they had the tire size I needed, I had to call 4 times to confirm because the receptionist kept hanging up without letting me finish. During the last call at 4:40 pm they told me they were already closing even though the business supposedly closes at 5:00 pm. It was an emergency so I told them I would be there in a few minutes, when I got to the business 12 minutes later the workers were still there, as soon as they saw me they ran to their truck and left. Very little humanity and a terrible experience.
This place is great! I limped my vehicle in like 30 minutes before they closed, 10 minutes later I was back on the road for my cross country journey. They also gave me the heads up on a repair that I would need when I arrived to my destination.
