I had Parker Electric install an EV charger in December of 2023, and our contract called for a permitted install. Apparently the company's license was suspended at that time, or shortly thereafter, so they were never able to pull a permit for the install and have SMUD approve it. I've been following up with the company constantly since, and they haven't remedied the situation. Doug came to my home to troubleshoot some outlets that were not working. He came out the same day I contacted, amazingly. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service! I'm sure I will be calling him again.

Doug and his team were professional from the start. Estimate came quickly, he showed up on time, and was very personable and flexible during his troubleshooting and resolve of the issue at hand. He even did a couple extra “fixes” while he was here. Doug was happy to explain what he did to fix the issue. Can’t give a higher recommendation for electrical work..you definitely want to call them for your electrical work.
