Can never get an appointment. Don't see the point of this GP practice.
I have been seeing nurse Shahnaz Gill for over 10 years and my experience has always been amazing. She’s good at making me feel calm and helps me when i am anxious. Amazing nurse!
Calling to book an appointment is pointless — they just say they’re fully booked for weeks. You’re told to show up at 8am instead, but every morning there’s already a massive queue. I got there at 7:30am, stood outside in the cold, only to be told there were no appointments left. What an absolute disgrace. This surgery is a complete joke. Even if you drag yourself there at 8am, you won’t get seen. How the hell are people supposed to get help when they’re ill?
