Service continues to be really poor
Can't book an appointment for 2 weeks or after. Shocking
This surgery and this country is an absolute joke.. very rude receptionist that think they are doctors.. rang for an appointment because I have a serious chest infection and bronchitis. Was told no appointments today..tomorrow or the following day and so on and that I should go to a walk in centre that is 15 miles away from where I live.. called 111 and had an consultation over the phone.
