Great service. Quick response. I was suddenly without water pressure on Sunday evening. I called then and Henry came over Monday morning. An hour later he had found the problem, pumped air into my pressure tank, replaced a defective switch at the well head and had water again flowing through my system. He made my day so much better.
RecommendedJust had Parker Pump restore our water. The water pressure was low and water dirty. Henry came out and knew what was wrong. He and Tommy were out the next day on a Saturday with their truck. Pulled the pump out and replaced a piece of pipe that had rusted with a hole in it. We are back in business and grateful to have quick professional service done by Parker Pump. We have used them for almost 30 years now.
Two times over the last 14 months Parker Pump has helped is get water back. Their prices are fair and their service is perfect. Hopefully I won’t need replacements again anytime soon, but if I do, this is the only pump company we will be calling. Thanks for getting our water back today!!
I received excellent service today. Henry taught me about my well equipment (I was a novice), recommended some maintenance items, and now I am able to do the future maintenance myself. Thank you, Henry, for answering all my questions!
Henry and his staff were able to repair a 30+ year old brass union buried at below frostline. They also replaced the bad bladder tank. Since then the well pump has had a much easier job to do! The high-pressure high-volume PVC they used was exactly what the job called for. They also pulled the pump to check for backflow (there was none). In today's housing market there are so many contractors with a backlog of work, but with their expert time management, our job was on time on (BELOW) budget.
