Since my cleaning on Wednesday morning, I have had discomfort at my gum on the upper left side of my mouth. There is now a lump above the gum line there. If it is not better by Monday morning, I will call the office for an opening to have Dr. Parker check out what is going on.
Staff is neither polite nor professional. Every time I called, there was one person shouting in a somewhat impolite tone in the background while the person speaking on the phone with me repeated what that person said in a more polite manner. Not sure why they thought this was the best way to communicate with clients, especially considering I could always hear what the first person said very clearly.
