Simply put, they are the best in every way!
I have to give one star to leave this review but this place does not deserve even that. My son who is young and very trusting of medical professionals or was up until his experience with DeMille MacKay Dental, Rachel the office manager who does billing, and Megan who is a technician in the office. I get major anxiety about going to the dentist because I've had horrible experiences. In this office, everyone is really personable and they help to put me at ease. They also have been great with my son, when I've had to take him to my appointments with me. Dr. Chris DeMille, makes sure that I'm comfortable and not feeling any pain when I've had to receive fillings. This office provides the best dental experience.
Dr. Chris Demille is an amazing dentist with wonderful bedside manner. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable and concise in explaining treatment and options for each. I drive over an hour to see him due to trust in his abilities. Rachel the office manager is kind and clear in explaining financial responsibilities of the treatment we need and how to best move forward with each. She is compassionate and helps walk you through any fears you may have. I love this office and would recommend them 1000%
Great experience. Knowledgeable and professional. Everyone is so nice. I won’t go anywhere else!
