I contacted Parker Co Cooling & Heating in August after another company out of Fort Worth had problems troubleshooting my AC, and left the system completely depleted. Coy, responded to my call immediately on a Saturday, and was at my house within an hour. He reassembled my system and serviced it too begin troubleshooting. He isolated my issue down to the TXV located outside on the AC unit and had to place it on order. Monday morning, Coy returned with the needed parts and had our AC working within a few hours.
