Parker is responsive, he has been helping my family and I through a large restoration claim. Parker is phenomenal at communicating with insurances before calling insurances call Parker. He will give you a truthful and honest opinion about your situation which is what everyone wants. The work he has done thus far has been neat and detailed his employees are respectful of our space they cleaned after the work is done and leave everything in a manner that if we have to come into the house we have access. Parker construction has left my kitchen undone for 2.5 months with no communication. The insurance is threatening to close the claim since they have not heard anything from Parker Construction. My family of 5 is stuck without a kitchen with no communication as to why or communication on when it would be done. Would not recommend.

Parker was great at first. Then communication ceased, he wouldn’t respond to texts, calls, emails for weeks. A smaller project took over 6 weeks, and we ended up having to get someone else in to finish up the job. He had most of the work done by others and they did a terrible job. We had to have most of it corrected by someone else after the fact. Would not recommend. It seems as though this condition of work is a more recent development.
