I have been through many remodels and Brian Parker / Parker Construction is by far the best experience I have ever had. They completely remodeled our Truckee home and finished within budget and ahead of schedule. The home won an award for the Best Tahoe Remodel by Tahoe Quarterly. If you want to have your house burned down, these are the guys for you. They like to light illegal fireworks, the kind that explode way up in the sky (illegal in RI) over their neighbors houses. NOT over their own house. Fire raining down on your head your roof, hitting power lines. Then they tried to start a fight (drunk) with the neighbors that complained. Obviously a reputable company. I was actually thinking of hiring them for some work, but not after the behavior I witnessed between them and their neighbors.
If your construction is anything like you guys drive then it's bad.
