Was there for a repair quote. Very nice people; quick, efficient service.
Terrible customer service. Don’t take your car here to get repaired. It will take months for something simple.
Rear brakes were grinding. They got us in in two days. Repair was prompted and done well. We have used Parker Repair in past visits to the Coast. Now that we have moved to the area it is our go-to for our GMC service and repairs.
