I’ve been going here for 30 years, for both dogs and cats. I find the staff very knowledgeable and they treat both animals and humans with care and respect.
I would always beg my Mom to let me come to our pets’ vet appointments growing up. The staff and environment at PCAC have always made it a place where I and my pets feel welcome and cared for. When I got my first cat of my own there was no question of where I would take him. While he was with me he recieved the best care at PCAC. Love PCAC- everyone here is friendly and caring; we are always greeted quickly and efficiently moved into an exam room which certainly causes less stress and chaos for the 'patients'. Dr Ally is gentle, knowledgeable and caring of her 'patients' and respectful of the 'parents' to provide the best care whether traditional, holistic or more often a combined approach on treatments, diet and exercise
Had an emergency and lady that helped us was very rude and one worst experience of my life. Dog was dying and lady couldn’t have been any worse in the situation I was faced with. God hope she never has an emergency and in our shoes.
