This review is long overdue. I am so grateful for the wonderful care my cat Willy has received since we moved to the area earlier this year. Willy means SO much to me and my family so I can be a bit anxious about his care needs. It’s so nice to know that non-urgent care questions can be answered via email directly from Dr. Flood or other care team members, and staff are similarly always there to answer the phone for medication refills/questions and appointments. Amazing experience! I brought my bearded dragon in for a checkup because she wasn’t acting normal, and Dr. Starnes was incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything and provided the best treatment plan for my beardie. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone with exotic pets!
Took my dog there twice for the same issue and was told that my dog had nothing more than irritable bowels. It turns out that this doctor on both visits covering the same repeating issue missed a cancerous mass growing in my dogs speaking to other animal clinics they have told me that this should not have been missed. It is very common to be found when performing Anal gland expressions. Very disappointing, considering I highly recommended this place to family members and friends.
We took our dog Niner in early in the morning, we were met and filled in on the process and the procedure. There was lots of communication on the progress throughout the day. All went well and Niner was home with us that evening. Excellent job, helpful and friendly staff.
