I had an excellent experience with this company; Eddie was exceptionally professional and careful to explain the nuance of what he was doing and what it would achieve. He was extraordinarily professional and pleasant, took his time to get things done well and generally came across as a good dude. Great job!!! Very professional, beautifully cleaned our carpets and shout out to Chris who answered questions and gave us some great tips on caring for our carpet. Did a thorough inspection before cleaning and discussed our problem areas and how to address them. Will definitely call them again when it’s time to clean.
Corey did a great job. Cleanest my carpet has been done by any carpet cleaner. Even the normal soil stains that occur at door thresholds was totally removed. And Corey, by his persona, demonstrates that he is very committed to good customer relations. I would recommend him to anyone. And his truck and equipment is new and first class. Very impressive.
Eddie was on time and very personable. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a few tips to keep our carpet looking new. We have found our new carpet cleaning company and will be calling them again after the holidays to freshen up the carpets after guests have left. Would definitely recommend.
