Bought trailer from these people just 9 months ago. EVERYTHING is falling apart. Trailer is held together with sheet metal screws and they are constantly falling out. Tires are worn out after 3500 miles because of "improper axle alignment" and some welds are only welded on 1 side. Its borderline DANGEROUS! When I called complaining they said.." Update 9/16/25 Still no help from Parker Cargo sales! Thank you everyone for reaching out and the 1500 views on this review. Google even reached out. Im glad everyone is being able to see what Im going through. Had another trailer company look at it and they said it’s a disaster. Poor craftsmanship, unsafe welds etc.Worst buying transaction I’ve ever had! Do not buy from this place if you are out of town. You will get taken advantage of. Everything about the build to the first trailer they sent me has been bad. Yes it took 2 attempts to get an “acceptable trailer” that I would find out later that I still got taken advantage of and didn’t get what they charged me for.
