My mother is 101yrs old. We had several others come to look at the furnace to no avail. The tech from Parker Bros. Recognized what the problem was immediately. He made some adjustments and it's been working fine every since. Excellent service, very reasonably priced. Will recommend to anybody having furnace problems. 5 star service
‘‘Twas a cold winter day -4 and I was up wee early in the morning. I kept hearing a strange clicking and to my surprise it was my thermostat clicking on and off, the furnace was short cycling. So I went to investigate, check off the obvious things and when I was at wits end… I saw the name Parker Brothers Heating and cooling. 1 year labor 10 year parts warranty. One of the brothers came out in a nasty snow storm and ran diagnostics on my furnace and came up with a solution. Amazing service! Look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Scott and Steve (and their wonderful sister receptionist) are dependable, efficient, and thorough. You can really tell that they are in the business for the safety of their customers over the profit.
