Amazing service From Rachel. Very attentive and listen well.
They take down negative reviews and repost with fake 5 stars. Unreliable people, they do poor low quality work. No professionalism. Backyard mechanics.
My girlfriend took her mini van to five different places nobody could find the oil leak we took it to Parker and within 20 minutes found the leak and they ordered the part and fixed it the next day excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!
Simply put, Parker Automotive is hands down the best auto repair shop around. Period. Don't even think to take your car somewhere else because it will be a waste of your time and money. When I think of the service I received at Parker two words immediately come to mind. Excellence and honesty. Third word is communication. I truly want an understanding of the workings of my car and the job being done. I got that at Parker. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm driving my car with complete confidence now.
