I went to talk to Tara Pearson and I should have walked when she never answered my email or returned my call. I set up an appointment and I could tell she was bothered. She had me tell my situation to the secretary and I left the paperwork at the office and she was going to read it on the weekend. Slow forward to a month later and nothing was even looked at.
