I was a customer of this broker for about 20 years (maybe more) - recently changed my insurance to another company because the rates were better for the same coverage. When I called to advise this broker of the change and to request cancellation of my policy, I was not asked (and have not been asked) why I was leaving or if there was anything they could do to keep me as a customer. Very sad to think that as I paid a commission to this broker for so many years, my business with them was nothing more than money in their pocket... read more
