Good customer service and free vacuum
I purchased the “Ultimate Wash,” but the machine malfunctioned during the process. It made contact with my car, then stopped working completely, leaving soap all over the vehicle without finishing the wash. This was frustrating and concerning, especially since it involved contact with my car. I paid for a full service and didn’t receive it. I’d like this issue addressed and a refund or proper resolution provided.
I went yesterday and the car wash was broke I paid and pull up and it just was off, I can’t get ahold of anyone either to receive a refund.
