Went to the Maple Syrup festival. Got to visit a maple syrup camp and was able to watch them process the sugar water down to actual maple syrup. Then went to the fairgrounds to enjoy some pancakes with local maple syrup and sausage. Delicious.
Attended the Maple Fair. Very nice experience. We learned a lot. Pancakes were also good.
