I’ve had a very positive experience at Parke Avenue Square. The building is well cared for, and a lot of effort goes into keeping everything clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents. Marie, the office manager, is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people you could ask for. It’s clear she truly cares about both the residents and staff. Great atmosphere overall. 😀
Marie is truly amazing—I absolutely loved her service. She’s incredibly kind, always smiling, and very cooperative. She made us feel so comfortable, and the whole experience was wonderful thanks to her excellent customer service
the staff and maintenance guys are really nice and especially the manager Marie and vitaly are Helpful, The kids around here play with my kid and they have fun playing badminton, looking forward here to live for more years.
Boardwalk treated us very nicely and made our transition easy. Everything was done accordingly to our wishes. They went over and above what was expected. Thank you to Marie for making this possible.
