Car wouldn't start on May 30th. This place was recommended by the CAA roadside assistance as being able to assist with urgent battery acquisition and installation, on a weekend. Attempted to contact the business and got the Parkdale variety store. Who informed me of the man's contact information and phone number and said someone would get back to me immediately. Went there on a Saturday Morning and was taken in and taken care of. Within 2 hours I had my back brakes replaced and replaced a failed caliper. Prices were on par with average prices. Was nice to see that the caliper was OEM for my Ford Edge. Some places cheap out on parts. Thanks Larry and Mike for communicating with me from the moment I got there until the moment I left. I will definitely be back!
When you don't pass the security certificate, they charge you 120 dollars, which is very expensive.
I was recommended Mike, and he was able to help me on very last minute and take time to accommodate my concerns. He is friendly, reliable, and extremely fair with pricing. It is difficult finding people you can trust in the automotive/ mechanic field, but I can’t recommend Mike and his team enough. Thank you !
