This company just paved my neighbour across the street, and parked their heavy machinery all over my front lawn and irrigation system. I've just spent the morning trying to even out the 3" deep ruts their tires made. It had rained continuously the prior 3 days, so obviously they should have known better and used some common sense. Totally thoughtless, careless and unprofessional. I would never use them.
I never ended up using these guys The guy who came over here to try to sell me the company with so much pressure I ended up having to tell him to stop. He kept going on and on and on about how the company was the best and nobody else could come close to their work. I felt like I was being pressured by a car salesman. I finally went with somebody else. There's many paving companies out there that do good work. Parkdale is not the best as he said
Parkdale Paving knows what they are doing. Aside from a very professional job at our place, they found a subcontractor for us to install a drain system before paving then they adjusted their schedule by 3 months to accommodate road works that started just before they should have started their work. Great company!
Parkdale Paving did a marvelous job, quick to respond with an in person quote, personable and knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround from excavation to Paving, which was appreciated due to the November weather. Great clean up, overall very pleased. We would highly recommend this company.
