Best experience. The sweetest and friendliest staff. Feels like you are greeted by family each time you call or walk in the door! At my recent appointment, my newborn baby became unsettled in the pram, and with my permission, the receptionist (wish I remembered her name!) supported me and comforted my baby, took the pram and walked her around back to sleep. It made me feel way less stressed in the dentist chair for the procedure, and the dentist wasn’t distracted with crying baby either!
Our whole family has seen Dr Nidhi and the wonderful team at Parkdale Family Dental for over ten years now. When the kids were tiny, the team would supervise them playing in the foyer while I had my teeth checked (super family friendly!). We love their spacious and bright new rooms and how the same staff stick around, from expert dental nurse Julie to friendly receptionist Carolyn. I had four premolars extracted by Dr Yea Lee Shu as part of orthodontic treatment. As someone who is terrified of needles I was definitely dreading my appointment but the dentist was absolutely amazing. I felt very aware of what was going on and it helped to know what to expect. They also made the process totally pain free and checked to make sure I couldn’t feel any sharp pains before taking out the teeth.
