Very nice people.
Tried multiple times to reach them only to get brushed off and ignored, what's also strange is that one of the times I called, someone picked up, pressed some random numbers on the dialpad then hung up.
They seemed alright but they brushed off my concerns about my teeth shifting due to my retainer wire debonding from one of my teeth. One said it was no big deal and glued it back while another said it hadn’t moved, the tip had chipped off. I finally got back to the dental office out of province who had done my original ortho and turns out my concerns were valid and their bandaid solutions caused multiple referred issues.
