I went there recently to get support for legal against certain individuals from Toronto Police Services who have certain basic human rights such as employment and housing. It was some of the things the front desk person, Shelly was messing with me by doing things to trigger my Adhd, so I would not use such services. This person, Shelly to come back to get approval although those are areas are covered by this clinic. These guys were useless and disappointing to me. While the two caseworkers I had from here were polite, they were also ineffective, unreliable, and, in general, the organization seems to be understaffed. If you need a legal representative, don't waste your time like I did here. Get yourself an actual attorney with much experience and a great reputation through Legal Aid (20 Dundas St W, Suite 730, Toronto, ON M5G 2H1); otherwise, you'll likely end up representing yourself at your hearing like I had to, reluctantly.
