These guys were useless and disappointing to me. While the two caseworkers I had from here were polite, they were also ineffective, unreliable, and, in general, the organization seems to be understaffed. If you need a legal representative, don't waste your time like I did here. Get yourself an actual attorney with much experience and a great reputation through Legal Aid (20 Dundas St W, Suite 730, Toronto, ON M5G 2H1); otherwise, you'll likely end up representing yourself at your hearing like I had to, reluctantly.
