I took my car in for an insurance inspection and Daman (I think! Or David) and the team were very kind and helpful. I was able to book in right away and they were very patient in explaining anything I didn’t understand (he drew a picture to show me what a CV boot was). I ended up having a family member complete the work that was needed and they were understanding and super helpful in booking in for the second inspection. Thank you!
This shop is amazing, Damien is amazing. After years of tying to find a shop that I could trust, Parkdale is my go to place. I'm a dog walker and put on a lot of km and wear & tear on my car. They have always been able to help me out and made sure my old car was in top shape for me and my dogs. On the rare times he wasn't able to help me out with a flat ( I've had 4 in 2 years) and I get oil changes normally every 2 months he's been able to point me in the ught direction. Had great service last week. They were trustworthy, honest and fair with pricing. I believe he was the owner I talked too, he was great! Helped me understand what was wrong with my vehicle. Highly recommend.
Super awesome place where they really take care of you. We frequent Parkdale Auto and they've never steered us wrong. Recently I'd done an oil change (messy) and after tracking the car I'd noticed some oil drips. The guys immediately took a peek and offered to look at it immediately the next day if it was still dripping. They didn't have to do this but this is what they're like.
If you want an honest, reliable and fair opinion, choose Parkdale Auto. Damien was so knowledgeable and easy to chat with regarding our van problems. He will only do the necessary work for your vehicle and make sure that you feel good about your car with an economical path forward. I highly recommend this local owened small shop. They are sincere and do good work.
