Gary was an easy person to deal with during the vehicle consideration process and the purchase process. He went out of his way to make our business transaction smooth, friendly and professional, keeping us informed along the way, regarding pre-sale servicing and certification. Very much appreciate the little extras along the way that will bring us back again in years to come. Would recommend this dealer to family members and friends.
Incredibly curt with their responses, which totally soured any potential at making a deal. They need to come back to planet Earth on some of the pricing. We were deeply disappointed with the poor professionalism. Furthermore, there were obvious signs of rust cover-up that weren't detailed in the description and deceptively shown in the photos which made it hard to see unless you saw the car in-person. What a shame!
Absolute wonderful place to do business! first time car buying experience, heard horror stories from places but not here! Gary was super wonderful and made the process as seamless as possible. Even when Car ended up having a manufacturing defect Gary helped bring it back to ford and saw the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. One million percent will go back when time for another!
Gary, the owner, is very good at what he does very helpful and knowledgeable and by far the best prices on the car I am interested in and am buying for sure
Do not trust these people, they are scammers. The X6 is not black as they advertise, it is dark blue. I saw the same vehicle in Toronto and they deceive about their cars, even providing fake Carfax information. They also tamper with the mileage on their vehicles. Do not trust them.
