The staff are all very friendly, professional and accommodating. Very clean office. Great location. My pets are very comfortable visiting the office. Dr. Mary is beyond EXCEPTIONAL!!!
All of the staff members that we have encountered here have been very friendly and approachable. We feel that everyone has our cat's best interest in mind. We have not had any emergencies with our cat yet, but we believe that they would try to fit our cat in if there ever was an emergency with her.
We recently switched to Parkdale from another local clinic. We have a dog with major skin irritation and felt like we weren't making any progress towards solving his problems. We saw Dr Devin Deschene and he took the time to go over all our concerns, in addition to considering our dog's full medical history and all the other things we had tried.
