Horrible experience here... Stay away. I've been trying to get my taxes done by Steve for over 2 months. He does not respond to emails or care about his customers. Additionally, the office is only open 1 day a week so if they don't get things done that day, you have to wait 7 days to try again (and when you do reach out again they will intentionally ignore you again or be closed). In my case, I repeatedly expressed the urgency of my situation due to a pending real estate transaction. I finally got the secretary on the phone ... read more
