No problem easy move in special
Great place to rent if you need a place to lay low while on parole.Last renovated in 1971. Richard Nixon was president then and the Vietnam war wasn’t over yet! Park Crest is roach infested, poorly maintained, unsecured and unsafe place to live. They hike your utility bills which is illegal. Woman in the office is useless to help with problems.
I moved into Park Crest in 2020 and stayed 3 years. I don't know what other people are complaining about, I did not have the issues that I'm seeing on the reviews and my garden apartment was special to me. We worked with management as tenants to make sure everything was maintained, we helped by changing the filters, avoided flushing items down the toilet that would cause plumbing problems, ( childrens small toys, non flushable wipes, female SANITARY *NAPKINS, [ you know who you are ] defrosted the freezer periodically , main... read more
Would rate 0 stars if i could. All they care about is getting your money. The office lady doesn’t do anything but give you excuses to why things are not being fixed. She’s rude & lazy. Keep in mind everything needs fixing. The bathroom has mold, the window doesn’t fully close. The shower knobs do not work. you have to fight with it to even turn off.
