I moved into Park Crest in 2020 and stayed 3 years. I don't know what other people are complaining about, I did not have the issues that I'm seeing on the reviews and my garden apartment was special to me. We worked with management as tenants to make sure everything was maintained, we helped by changing the filters, avoided flushing items down the toilet that would cause plumbing problems, ( childrens small toys, non flushable wipes, female SANITARY *NAPKINS, [ you know who you are ] defrosted the freezer periodically , main... read more
Would rate 0 stars if i could. All they care about is getting your money. The office lady doesn’t do anything but give you excuses to why things are not being fixed. She’s rude & lazy. Keep in mind everything needs fixing. The bathroom has mold, the window doesn’t fully close. The shower knobs do not work. you have to fight with it to even turn off. The carpet is old & they do not change it. Just everything is horrible. Yet they charge so much. So where is the money truly going too? They do “inspection ” & try to charge you ... read more
Thieves they hike the electric and water bills. They steal. Live your best life with bugs! Place is a dump! Infestation alert! This is the most mismanaged disgusting apartment complex I ever lived in. 🪳 Be prepared to live with roaches they freely roam the grounds. Ac units are always broken. Excuses are always given.
