This place was not the best choice for us. We constantly had issues with our amenities. We voiced many complaints and it felt like we kept getting pushed aside. Our dryer broke and took couple months to even get it fixed. Our garage stopped working and they would mark it as complete when it was in fact not fixed. There are always sketchy things happening at the complex and it constantly smells like weed. Oh also there was gun waving happening in the parking lot. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else if you can.
I used to work for land co. But I see a lack for property care at Parkcrest Apartments. You would never see trash like this at Burton's Landing because we would be on it immediately and not leave trash on the property even if the trash pick up did it. And this is not the first time this has happened.
