Wish I could give no stars. Came from New York (caught my eye because it was close to the metro north and closer to the city). First and foremost false advertising. They advertise one bedrooms as $1600/mo and two bedroom as $1800/mo. This is untrue. a 1BR is $1800/mo and an 2BR is $2000/mo. They charge you the latter price for your deposit. They do not tell you this until after you’ve already signed a lease. On the lease they use sneaky language to hide it.
