I've been an owner since 2016. I've worked in the mortgage industry for over 5+ years. Knowing how challenging it is to deal with getting paper etc from management companies I try to give grace. With that being said Parkchester South as an owner of a unit is absolutely HORRIBLE. Extremely poor service with the hot water service. There's water shutdown almost every week. Disappointing and suffering. Contacting them is also time taking process.

UNPROFESSIONAL ...they need some training ASAP , most times extremely rude like they're doing you a favor . Leadership and poor management come from the top , the higher ups definetly do not care one bit about their residents , people who own there ....I feel sorry for them, sell that condo ....I would say I've had some good years in parkchester .....what I can count on is rude behavior from the leasing office.... now their maintenance staff is really good , it's the disconnect from that office that is disturbing . don't bot... read more

I live in Parkchester South Condominiums, I rent here. I have contracted Legionnaires disease living at one of their buildings, as its spreading. Patkchester condo has NOT responded to me at all. I have medical positive results documented. Ive gone to the Department of Health and obviously need to do more as my levels although treated have worsened. Its past time I give this situation more exposure as my life matters to me very much. I'am not feeling well.
