The most terrible place to live. Horrible workers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Water consistently turned off randomly. My bathroom ceiling was left undone for 3 months with a tarp held up with tape. It rained in my kitchen. No one came to fix it. They just scrapped peeling paint. Yes it is the projects! No parking but someone always there to tow your car.

Take a look at the pictures in front of 36 Metropolitan Oval and you tell me how efficiently Parkchester Management is taking care of its garbage and asbestos disposals. They are filthy, blocking peoples access to cross walks, inviting mice and roaches and on top of that they do all these while the tenants and guests are going to and fro from their home. They are making this a standard operational procedure and for this beautification the tenants pays big bucks and the landlords pays hefty common charges. They must stop this... read more

A horrible place to live. There is no gas in certain apartment building since last 2 weeks and there is no approximate time either when they may resolve this issues. Management to maintenance to security all provide nothing but poor services. They charge hefty amount for maintenance from apartment owner and don’t do anything. No empathy, no courtesy and no respect for the people whom are suffering without gas, unable to provide home cooked meals for children and older adults.
