Small parking spots and tight turns, very aggressive on ticketing for not being within your parking lines, horrible customer service when trying to make a compromise with the customer service lady and her management.
The card reader was not accepting my ticket even though I previously paid at the kiosk. The experience with the attendant while dealing with the ticket not being accepted was terrible! Due to the speaker on the machine was broken the attendant just kept raising her voice even though that was not the issue. It was extremely disappointing to have been treated like an idiot even though it was clearly a problem with their system.
Very nice people work here. Excellent customer service!
