I've rented from Williams Investments for over 15 years and I've had zero issues. I've lived here at Park 77 for almost 2 years and I absolutely love my apartment and the lay out of the property. The property managers are extremely nice and offer clear communication on certain unclear procedures.

I really enjoy living here! Staff is always available and kind, very safe community, good pricing for the area, and the apartments themselves are well-maintained and as-advertised. Quiet hours are respected, and there are lots of families. The complex is pet-friendly, with a one-time payment that is very reasonable compared to other places I've lived. Meaghan is very helpful in setting applicants up with their preferred apartment and move-in date.

Sence Iv been living here! My experience has been good. They alway come fix stuff right away. The people are very nice. My kids play with other kids and they all to sem to get along. It’s been great so far. No complaints about my kids being to loud. The walls in my apartment are great u can’t hear nothing. It’s very quit. If u don’t like the road side tho I would suggest u get one in the back. Not in the front. U can’t hear nothing hear alll the cars if ur in the front.

Received a call TWO years after moving out from debt collection claiming we owe Park77 and need to pay. I checked my account a month after leaving and paid bills. I called Park77 to clarify why they never reached out with even one call if that debt is legitimate and the answer is “Debt collection handles it”. I asked for a phone number to call and clarify how did I end up with that amount even though my account was zero when I left, the answer is “we do it only through email”. My son has had an apartment there for almost four years and is very happy with it! It feels safe, is close to stores and restaurants, and the office is very responsive!
