Meaghan at the front office was of great help, she made the move in process very easy for me and my roommates. The apartments are clean and spacious as well.

I had a really great experience with Meaghan at Park77. I came in to tour a unit and submit my application. I was shown the complex and its amenities. I toured the available unit and everything looked amazing. Meaghan walked me through the entire process. She answered all my questions and was very kind during the entire appointment. I highly recommend if you are searching for a new apartment home please reach out to them.

I’ve lived at Park77 for 5 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Maintenance is always quick in responses and the front office has been easy to communicate and work with. The buildings are very dog friendly too! Recently I have been working with Meghan in the front office to transfer my lease into a larger apartment in the same complex and she has been incredibly helpful and communicative. I am so happy to continue to be a part of the community, even as my need for space grows!
