1 STAR is TOO MUCH! I strongly advise against renting from or working with Park7Group, the leasing property management for Empire Columbia. My daughter was both a resident and employee at Empire, and her experience with both the property and management was nothing short of appalling. After making an honest mistake at work, she was unjustly terminated despite being reassured she wouldn’t be fired.
