Nice place. Has a pool and dog park. No smoking
FUTURE RESIDENCES BEWARE!! Before move in this place to the naked eye seemed great! However, after a veryyy long year of living here this place has slowly became a nightmare. The “litigation fees” whenever I did reside here were absolutely ridiculous as this wasn’t disclosed upon signing the lease so please be aware you will be charged a monthly fee for whatever this company deems is necessary and it’s labeled as such! Also the residency itself, the dog park is completely left with poop and pee smell is EVERYWHERE!! as well ... read more
My husband and I had such an amazing experience living at Park 120! Over the years, I/we lived in two different apartments here, and both were beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The community is very safe and secure, which gave us so much peace of mind. Maintenance is always quick, efficient, and kind. The office staff is just as wonderful: friendly, professional, and communicative every step of the way.
