Very nice
Booked a tour to view this complex and their amenities. On immediate impression, all the leasing agents were off standish; it felt like we were an inconvenience to start off. I couldn't even tell you whose name it was who lead our tour... she was not professional nor friendly in her demeanor. She barely wanted to answer any questions, as if she wanted the tour to be over with already. I did not feel welcome nor did my partner who was also looking forward to the tour. Avoid like the plague. In 2021 - 2022, the management staff here was so unprofessional. We asked for maintenance on our A/C and clearly stated on the service ticket that they should call before entering the unit so the dog could be safely crated. The maintenance person disregarded the safety note, entered our unit, and got bit by our dog. The management then gave us 5 days to either remove our dog, pay nearly $10,000 to break our lease early, or face eviction. I absolutely love this complex and the management team is second to none. They are incredibly responsive and very pleasant to deal with especially Jada.
