If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My mother has been staying with me to help with my kids while my husband is on deployment. I wanted to pay for her nails to get done as a token of my appreciation. She got a Full Set of Gel Nails with a French Tip, short square nails with a rounded tip.. The customer service was excellent and she left a happy customer. Fast forward to the next day, less than 24 hours and not 1, not 2 but 4 nails fell off in the process of cleaning with gloves on. Got my nails done here for the first time and they were amazing! So much attention to detail- nails look and feel great, couldn’t be happier
I've been going to this salon for years! It's always been a great experience. I'm assuming that the people that have posted a bad review for waiting longer than they wanted to have not worked at a salon or anyplace where things may change last minute to cause a delay! And they also don't realize how much this hurts a small business, don't like something speak up! Anyway, I will be coming back.
Made an appointment the day of for a gel mani/pedi and they were great! Took their time with great attention to detail. Would absolutely go again!
