I had an appointment with my mom for 1:30, we sat for about 35 minutes before anyone began to work with us. Once the older lady began to work on me I could tell it wasn’t going to be a good service. She rushed through all the prep work: filing took all of 30-45 seconds, cuticle pushing hurt and was rushed, with the cuticle nipper she cut one of my toes and proceeded to pretend to use the nipper on the rest of my toes, without actually removing anything, not apologizing or making sure I was okay. I went in for a regular manicure and pedicure. I was not happy how my nails were painted, they were sloppy and the color was not even. Another employee did them again, same thing, uneven color and rushed. She said, it’s the color that’s the problem. What?! I’ve had that color done before but anyways. So I asked her to take the color off and she became rude. Aggressively taking the color off. Did not offer to fix the problem. I will never go back

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My mother has been staying with me to help with my kids while my husband is on deployment. I wanted to pay for her nails to get done as a token of my appreciation. She got a Full Set of Gel Nails with a French Tip, short square nails with a rounded tip.. The customer service was excellent and she left a happy customer. Fast forward to the next day, less than 24 hours and not 1, not 2 but 4 nails fell off in the process of cleaning with gloves on. Got my nails done here for the first time and they were amazing! So much attention to detail- nails look and feel great, couldn’t be happier
