I chose this clinic based on the reviews, but my experience was frustrating and disappointing. The OBGYN brought in another staff member during my pap smear without introducing her, and the procedure was unusually painful. The appointment was rushed. I wasn’t given time to ask questions or get refills, and the doctor left abruptly. I was later hit with a large bill for a visit that had always been covered by insurance. Dr. Ayim is amazing. Made me feel so comfortable with her professionalism yet down to earth attitude.
Dr Ayim is a first class provider. Professional, timely, and accurate in diagnosis and treatment is why I chose her to be my OB. Her bed side manner is gentle, yet firm and transparent. I have k own her for a long time in practice and as my doctor . Book your consultation with her , you will not be disappointed!
Went in to establish a new patient. I was charged $236.56 for a copay. I informed the receptionist my copay is only $40. She insisted it was because I did not meet my deductible yet. I called my insurance company while there and was informed that I was correct. I waited a hour and a half to address the issue with the doctor because she was with clients.
