PARK WEST IS THE WORST!!!! I would not even give these 1 star. They are completely unorganized and have no communication with their patients or eachother... the office staff is screwing up the whole place, so in turn I would blame it all on the dentist for choosing their crappy staff... heres my story: I work from 9-4pm 6 days a week and go to school from 5-1030pm five days a week... sleep and spare time are very very rare fopr me.... Still Need My Teeth Cleaned I went for my 6 month check up and cleaning knowing I needed a tooth extracted. They said they would call me to set an appointment with the oral surgeon. I never got a call from them and ended up with a toothache, so called to see when I could get it pulled. The appt was made and I was told my co-pay for having a tooth extracted was $25. You have been warned The Crown they maid fell off after 2 months and was lost. I was told they would replace it and set up an appointment. Then I got a letter stating I was no longer wanted as a patient and my appointment was cancled. I asked to talk to the office manager that had told me that they would replace the crown but I was told that she had no say in it, that the Dentist (owner) did it. I have no choice but to file suit. Dont trust them!!!
