Our family has been going for many years! All of the dentist, hygienists and dental assistants are amazing!
I have taken my whole family to this practice for about four years now. We have seen all three of the doctors, and they are all pretty great. I have chronically poor dentition secondary to a connective tissue disorder, so I am no stranger to dentists. I have had good and bad experiences over the years. I thought they were a good dentist office but tbh I think they just used me for my insurance!! I’m really not sure how you know the only doctor in the office that works with the insurance is going to be leaving and nothing is said… Then I’m scheduled for an appointment because you know I got teeth drilled into and oh there’s a hole!!! I get a message saying the doctor is leaving and I’m no longer scheduled but they’re just so happy to send my information to the next dentist I use. DO BETTER!! I have been going to Park West dental for a couple of years. I moved from Shelley to Idaho Falls and wanted a dentist closer to home. After doing my research, I found Park West had great ratings. From my experience, they live up to those positive ratings! Dr. Aaberg and the team are absolutely amazing! Everyone from the front desk staff to the dental assistants have been so kind and helpful.
