I normally do not leave negative reviews, but my experience here has been extremely disappointing. When I moved in, the apartment was not in the condition expected for a new resident — certain items appeared used and not properly prepared. However, when moving out, management expected everything to be returned in brand-new condition, which is completely unrealistic and unfair. Warning: Ted the Property Manager is Dangerously Charming Listen up, apartment hunters. I came to Park West Apartments thinking I was just touring another cookie-cutter complex. What I didn’t expect was to meet Ted, the property manager who’s basically the Ryan Gosling of rental applications. This man is so smooth, so professional, and so genuinely helpful that he could probably convince you to sign a lease on a cardboard box and you’d thank him for it. I've appreciate Park West apartments. It's very serene the area is well thought out. The apartments are open concept and very roomy and nice. I've had minior repairs done and they were completed in a timely manner as well. I've been here almost 3 years. Emails are sent out every few months on new updates. Neighbors are friendly. Property manager is helpful as well answering any questions or concerns I've had. Only wish there were events planned would be nice. I lived here for a year and debated breaking lease several times. Unfortunately, it was too expensive to do so. Like most new construction, these buildings were put up as cheaply and as fast as possible without any concern about the quality of life of the people living inside. The walls are paper-thin, you will hear everything your neighbor does, including bowel movements. The ductwork is of such a low quality that you can smell your neighbors cooking...
