Do Not recommend this apartment at all. This place is the worst. It was built so terribly that it doesn’t have any noise reduction. I heard the above tenants pounding footsteps and their kids running around literally all the time. It was horrible and super annoying. I asked the property manager to help me with this issue and he was not helpful at all. Also, the AC was the loudest! Just avoid this place!
If you want your entire apartment to constantly smell like your neighbor’s cooking, this is the place for you! The smell mainly comes from the washing machine, and it will wash into your clothes so save your pennies for lots of scent beads and dryer sheets. No matter how many candles you light, or how many scent plug-ins you use around the apartment, the smell will overpower. The nicest apartment complex in the area imo. Good distance to towns, shops, highways, Harrisburg, and restaurants nearby. The only downside I would say is the pool / gym is small relative to other complexes and package deliveries get mixed up a lot by carriers due to the numbering conventions for apartments.
Really great complex and BIG shout out to Ted for being so helpful, professional and responsive!
