Horrible place to live. It's not clean, neighbors are constantly fighting, police do nothing. It's supposed to be smoke free yet thats all you can smell. Live anywhere else in Denison BUT here.
Nice apts, the manager jerry is very prompt to repair any issues you have I moved here a almost 2 months ago and have recommended this property to a friend who is currently checking it out. Also the application process only took about 36 hrs to process. Hes a nice guy it's a nice property. And the other review says the number listed is wrong, this IS incorrect. The correct number IS listed.
