6:00 this morning, I just watched your company’s pickup and trailer pull out from a dead stop right in front of traffic on Lamb Blvd traveling 45-50 mph. Luckily the car that was cut off hit their brakes and slowed to about 25 mph to avoid running into the back of your trailer. Congratulations Park West you are my official first bad review on Google! I am only giving one star because I can’t give 0. I live in a condo complex where Park West is in charge of the landscaping maintenance. These guys do absolutely nothing. The landscaping looks terrible and every time I pass by them they’re sitting in their truck doing nothing. Standing still throttling loud leaf blowers like a motorcycle engine for 2 hours working? Why are your employees (pictured in public) taking pictures of tenants for your company? It took 3 hours to play a leaf blower concert on a tiny sidewalk. 96 decibels. Not only are these leaf blowers obnoxious & loud, your employees insist on playing them like musical instruments. Park West maintained landscape for our neighborhood in Green Valley for the past 2 years and it has never looked worse. Not proactive in solving problems, bad at lawn maintenance
