Just had my van repaired and picked up. upon getting it home we realized the side doors and back hatch no longer worked. called them and was told to bring it back in. returned to find they would not even look at it. said it was not their problem. now everything worked just fine when we took it to them. and the attitude they had as to not even look at it says everything. I will recommend them over any body shop in Rochester! It was already a disaster from the start since we had to move my vehicle from Wilson’s towing that is outrageously priced! They got my vehicle done two weeks earlier than what they originally told me they could get it done in. I appreciate that very much. Parkway did amazing on putting my car back together. It looks brand new all over again. If you need a tow in Rochester, I do recommend Hamels They are very reasonably priced!

Made excuse after excuse and took almost double the amount of time to get our ONLY vehicle done (almost a month). Apparently it takes a full 7 days to paint a vehicle, did I forget to mention they REFUSE to give an actual date for your vehicle to be ready even after calling and asking multiple times on multiple days because they won’t give an answer. Don’t rely on this place. Only reason we went was for insurance. Biggest regret.
