TRASH APARTMENT! We consistently have NO HEAT OR WATER AND DEFINITELY NOT HOT WATER IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER! Do not move here!!!!!!! Management will do nothing to resolve any of your issues!!!!!! All tenants are fed up with this trash place!!!!!!
Reconsider moving here. As a resident since 2023, the property has truly gone downhill over time and it's a shame. Tesfaye and Ms. Benita are wonderful and I appreciate all that they do and have done during my time in knowing them. The maintenance staff are also diligent at doing their job and they do their best to maintain the property. While the parking is affordable, the staff are kind and all of the pros, (spacious units, great views), it doesn't compare to the fact that the building has a serious rodent issue. This place is a disaster to live in… to you give an example it’s peak winter time there’s no heat in this building… it’s 2 am and my whole apartment sits at 55 degrees I’m having to go pay out of pocket for a hotel because i got SICK due to this issue im afraid ill get worse so I booked a hotel while rent is Due tomorrow. imagine no heat during winter/ no AC during summer that’s what this place offers with nothing but excuses for poor communication and maintenance, Management believes sending an email to every one in the bui... read more
From day one Tesfaye assistant property manager has been extremely helpful and welcoming. Made the lease signing and move in process very easy and smooth. Always ready to help and his smile is uplifting every morning. Overall great place to live. Maintenance is very responsive, and cleanliness is daily throughout the building,
