Staff is friendly and responsive. My family member required suction to manage her secretions after eating some ice chips, and the CNA had to leave to get the LVN to do it. I asked if they had the smaller soft suction catheters and she said no because the LVNs can only use Yankauer, which is too large to adequately reach her secretions. That is unfortunate
Park Vista is one of the nicest skilled nursing communities I have visited. The staff is very kind and caring. Compared to other communities I have visited, this community has fewer residents assigned to each caregiver and so the residents receive prompt response when needed. Park Vista offers many activities to keep their residents engaged and maintain their cognitive function. Park Vista Skilled Nursing is one of the best skilled nursing in OC. Their staff all around is incredible, so compassionate, and caring for their patients. From the nursing staff, to the physical therapists, to social services, and even the Maintenence and food. Highly recommend Park vista for a family member in need.
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to write one today. I was looking for an assisted living home for my grandmother and Park Vista was the perfect option. I got all my questions answered kindly and promptly — something that you always want to receive while going through this troubling time of putting a loved one into a space that they’d feel comfortable with.
