Park Vista is one of the nicest skilled nursing communities I have visited. The staff is very kind and caring. Compared to other communities I have visited, this community has fewer residents assigned to each caregiver and so the residents receive prompt response when needed. Park Vista offers many activities to keep their residents engaged and maintain their cognitive function. Park Vista Skilled Nursing is one of the best skilled nursing in OC. Their staff all around is incredible, so compassionate, and caring for their patients. From the nursing staff, to the physical therapists, to social services, and even the Maintenence and food. Highly recommend Park vista for a family member in need.
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to write one today. I was looking for an assisted living home for my grandmother and Park Vista was the perfect option. I got all my questions answered kindly and promptly — something that you always want to receive while going through this troubling time of putting a loved one into a space that they’d feel comfortable with. Lovely staff and very helpful as well. They treated my loved one with the most respect she deserved. I turned to Park Vista when I could not balance working a full time job and caring for my loved one. They truly made her feel right at home and supported. Will definitely recommend to others looking for care.
My cousin is not being well cared for. Seems as though the staff is unavailable when called for help. We are having to go to the nurses station repeatedly. The residents are paying a very good amount of money is be well cared for until the end. If you do not have someone to watch over you they will take advantage.
