This business is a mess. They have ruined so many clothes and don't really care one way or the other. I would not recommend them to anyone and may consider writing a letter to the editor. Celinda was rude and unprofessional and we will not go back!!!
These sisters will let you drop off your items and not give you a ticket-thank goodness I went back in and requested one because they gave us back only half of our clothes and them when we realized it and tried to go back and get our clothes they forgot about they tried to double charge me! We paid for all clothes when we initially dropped off. They lost some clothes slapped a new ticket on the lost clothes and I guess confused themselves. I took my BRAND NEW comforter set (comforter, shams, dust ruffle) to them for them to press it to take out the wrinkles and when I went to get it OMG was I in total shock. The comforter now looks worn and it has not even been used and the dust ruffle had more wrinkles now than it did. And believe this the comforter was folded up and put into a plastic bag, yes after supposedly being pressed. The owners comment to me was,"oh, once you put it on the bed the wrinkles will fall out eventually." I would never go back to this plac... read more
