I only like to write positive reviews and I wouldn't write a bad review unless it was truly deserved and felt the need to warn others. While there are good individual caregivers at Park Vista, overall this place is terrible and there are much better assisted living options for the same price. They treat they employees like garbage, they have a policy where the residence can refuse change and unfortunately some residents stay in there brief for more than a couple hours, some dementia Residence don’t get changed into different clothes for a couple days. Which is unbelievable!! The management sucks and how they run that place sucks.

My senior friend Bill was placed in Park Vista by some mean-spirited (well meaning?) church members who took his house and confined him to a 460-Sq/Ft room with barely enough room to turn his wheelchair around. I lived in a Navy Barracks Room that was larger than these tiny rooms. Bill tells me that the staff often wakes him up late at night to take his meds after he has already gone to sleep!
