Park Vista By Bonaventure: Retirement, Assisted Living, and Memory Care

Park Vista is a welcoming place, completely renovated to resemble a 5-star hotel. Gourmet food is served daily. The trained staff is friendly and always willing to help. Activities are tailored to each resident's needs. Any abnormalities are immediately reported to family members. My husband feels comfortable there and has made new friends.

I only like to write positive reviews and I wouldn't write a bad review unless it was truly deserved and felt the need to warn others. While there are good individual caregivers at Park Vista, overall this place is terrible and there are much better assisted living options for the same price. In three years of having our loved one at PV, they never actually did many of the items in our loved one's service plan (a legally binding contract) - even after several verbal and email discussions with the management.
