I only like to write positive reviews and I wouldn't write a bad review unless it was truly deserved and felt the need to warn others. While there are good individual caregivers at Park Vista, overall this place is terrible and there are much better assisted living options for the same price. In three years of having our loved one at PV, they never actually did many of the items in our loved one's service plan (a legally binding contract) - even after several verbal and email discussions with the management. They treat they employees like garbage, they have a policy where the residence can refuse change and unfortunately some residents stay in there brief for more than a couple hours, some dementia Residence don’t get changed into different clothes for a couple days. Which is unbelievable!! The management sucks and how they run that place sucks.

Couldnt go better. $$$$ pricey but worth it.
