A couple years ago we were considering buying one of the mobile homes here in park villa but when we drove the neighborhood we immediately recognized there were some bad characters living here. We ended up having to move again and we again were considering buying a mobile home for sale here at this park, but I was confident I would not move my family here. Moved in a few months ago and I have to say that John and Donna have been great! Whenever we’ve had an issue or needed help with anything they’ve been great at helping us out. They are approachable, fair, and genuinely care about the people living here. It’s rare to find a management team that combines efficiency with such a personal touch. It truly feels like a community here!
